All food is vegetarian. Gluten free, dairy free and vegan options are provided free of charge. Other dietary needs may be able to be catered for and there may be an additional fee for the costs involved with preparing separate dishes.

There are a limited number of room upgrades available which will be assigned on a first come first served basis, therefore you may not always get the choice of accommodation you prefer. Payment for room upgrades will be taken in cash on the first day of the workshop.

Payment is on a sliding sliding scale £350 - £1250. This fee includes the £260 food and standard accommodation cost. Tuition cost is on a sliding scale from £90 to £990 according to your income and financial resources (Upper tier places subsidise lower tier prices in order to make the workshop more accessible for all). Booking terms and cancellation policy

* Deposits are not refundable unless someone suitable is found to replace you, in which case your deposit will be refunded minus an administration fee of £35 * The full balance is due 30 clear days before the workshop begins. * For cancellations made more than 30 days before the workshop your booking (including deposit) can be transferred to another of our workshops within 12 months, to a maximum value of what you have paid, minus £35 administration fee. It is only possible to transfer in this way once. Alternatively your balance payment can be refunded, forfeiting the deposit. * If cancelling within 30 days of the start of the workshop, bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. * We will ask you to complete a short questionnaire before confirming your place. Asking for background information helps us to support participants to ensure they get the most from our workshops. * The Food & Accommodation Fee is for standard accommodation.
